Overview
Summer and winter, La Clusaz has the feel of a family destination, the excitement of an international alpine resort and the charm of a traditional mountain village. 

Just 50 minutes from Geneva airport and close to Lake Annecy, the resort is tucked away off the beaten track at the foot of the protected Aravis mountains, a wild and undiscovered landscape, rich in game. With over 130km of trails spread across five attractively wooded mountains that make up the area, there is something for all levels, from beginner to expert. 

La Clusaz is also renowned for its off-piste skiing, and 2016 saw the launch of a new event, the La Clusaz Radikal Mountain (January) which attracted some of the world’s best skiers and snowboarders. It’s one of a number of events hosted by the resort including the popular Full Moon Party (February) and the finals of the SFR Freestyle Tour (March).

Getting to resort

Airport transfers

Several direct shuttle buses run to or from La Clusaz ski resort from Geneva Airport in Switzerland.

The Aeroskibus runs in the winter only, twice a day on Fridays, three times a day on Saturdays and Sundays (journey time 1h 30mins to 2 hours).

By train

High speed TGV trains run direct to Annecy from Paris Lyon. Local trains also run from Lyon (Part Dieu) station to Annecy. From Annecy station Voyages Crolard runs a regular bus link to La Clusaz. Online booking and secure payment on www.altibus.com
